Youth Producing Change Deadline

December 10th is the deadline for the Youth Producing Change program, a partnership of Human Rights Watch International Film Festival and Adobe Youth Voices.

This is the second year for the program, which provides a platform for youth to expose human rights issues faced by themselves and their communities. Entrants must be 19 years of age or younger to participate.

Selected films will travel to:
* Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, New York : June 11-25, 2009
* Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, Boston: January 2010
* Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, London : March 2010
* Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, San Francisco: March 2010
