Human Rights Watch Canada Committee
The Human Rights Watch Canada Committee was formed in 2002 and is part of a network of committees across 18 cities in Europe, Asia and North America. The committees include more than 550 people from a variety of backgrounds. They are an informed and engaged constituency that is a key part of Human Rights Watch’s defense of human rights.
TIFF
TIFF is a not-for-profit cultural organization whose mission is to transform the way people see the world through film. Its vision is to lead the world in creative and cultural discovery through the moving image. TIFF generates an annual economic impact of $170 million CAD and currently employs more than 100 full-time staff and 500 part-time and seasonal staff, and counts upon the largesse of over 2,000 volunteers year-round.
Hot Docs Film Festival
Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival is North America’s largest documentary festival, conference and market. Each year, the Festival presents a selection of more than 150 cutting-edge documentaries from Canada and around the globe. This year’s festival will run from April 26, 2012 – May 6, 2012.
Toronto Palestine Film Festival
The Toronto Palestine Film Festival (TPFF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing vibrant Palestinian cinema to Greater Toronto Area audiences. Its mandate is to promote the richness of Palestinian Arab culture through cinema, music, and other forms of visual arts. TPFF was conceived in 2008 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Al-Nakba.
The Sentinel Project for Genocide Prevention
The Sentinel Project for Genocide Prevention is a Canada-based non-profit organization formed in 2008 with members in several countries worldwide. Their mission involves preventing the crime of genocide worldwide through effective early warning and cooperation with victimized peoples to carry out non-violent prevention initiatives.

Green Living is a leading environmental enterprise providing multi-faceted bussiness services to a wide array of clientele. Their work includes providing corporate consulting, marketing, custom publishing and online content development as well as producing major environmental events.
Romero House
Romero House is a charitable organization consisting of four houses and a community centre in the west end of Toronto providing housing for refugee claimants. It acts as a community for these refugees and provides a link to valuable services to help refugees make a new home in Canada.
