Im very interested and have participated a lot in human rights and community outreach projects, and am looking for interesting opportunities for volunteering and continuing to learn and assist in whatever way that I can. We do not accept submissions to the Toronto festival. Please visit Human Rights Watch as they are accepting films for the touring festival now through the end of December — http://www.hrw.org/en/iff/submissions
If i submit a Doc. is there any requirement about the language? Should film maker make the english subtitle to the Doc.?
Another question. Is it possible to submit a Doc. which was submited to other film festival before?
